«Taleon Terra» LVL Production Plant

Ultralam™ LVL production plant. The capacity of «Taleon Terra» production plant is 150,000 m³ with the possibility of further capacity increase up to 250,000 m³ per year. The plant features the world’s only 60 meter Dieffenbacher press for continuous LVL production. This means that LVL length is unlimited and solely depends on the needs of our customers and transportation possibilities.

The main equipment supplier, i.e. Dieffenbacher GmbH, Germany, is the only international supplier of presses for continuous gluing of several layers of veneer to produce Ultralam LVL.

«Taleon Terra» plant is a unique LVL production facility which is certified by national certification bodies in EU, USA, Australian, Japan, Russia.

«Taleon Arbor» OSB Production Plant

In July, 2016, a new cutting edge production plant for manufacturing of environmentally friendly OSB-3 and OSB-4 type oriented strand boards was commissioned in Torzhok, Tver Region. The capacity of new «Taleon Arbor» production plant is 500,000 m³ per year.

The plant incorporates innovative high-class equipment by the German manufacturer, Dieffenbacher GmbH.

Prefabricated Houses and Additional LVL Processing Production Plant

The production line enables to manufacture up to 40,000 m² of living floor space and complex large span structures spanning over the distances up to 40 meters.

The cold pressing technology allows of manufacturing reglued LVL with the cross section of 600Х2000 and up to 18 meters long. Furthermore, there is an additional painting and preservative and fire – retardant treatment line.

«Taleon Terra» Production Plant is one of the largest producers of  premium class (white) wood pellets producers in Russia. The capacity of the pellet production line is 60 thousand tons per year.

Shipment in bulk, big bags and small packages (15 – 20 kg).
